Oxbow Natural Science Vitamin C for small animals

Natural Science Vitamin C supplement is a hay-based, high-fibre supplement containing the essential stabilized vitamin C that guinea pigs need, and other animals benefit from during times of stress, illness or recovery.

The supplement is in the form of easy to feed hay tabs, and is designed for use with rabbits, guinea pigs, chinchillas and other small animals.

Inactive Ingredients: Timothy grass, barley flour, oat groat flour, cane molasses, l-ascorbyl-2-monophosphate (vitamin C), flax seed meal, brewers dried yeast, guar gum, fat product, mixed tocopherols (preservative), rosemary extract

Rabbits, Guinea Pigs, Chinchillas, Prairie Dogs, Iguanas**
0-1 lb  Feed 1/2 hay tab per day
1-4 lbs  Feed 1 hay tab per day
4+ lbs    Feed 2 hay tabs per day

Rats, Degus:   All Weights    Feed 1/4 hay tab per day

Hamsters, Gerbils,  All Weights    Feed 1/8 hay tab per day (1/8 tab equals 1/4th tsp of crumbled product)

**Iguanas: Natural Science Urinary Support hay tabs are to be offered per day if you feed daily, or per feeding if you do not feed every day.  Before offering the hay tab at the designated amount per body weight, it is first recommended to soak the hay tab in water for 10-15 minutes.  Drain water and mash up the hay tab into smaller amounts with a spoon.  Either top dress the daily diet or offer separately.
